issue. During the last 2 drags, I demonstrate that if you wait until
after the sidebar appears before dragging the file over the window, the
issue does not occur.

I have a Dell Studio XPS 16 (purchased ~1 month ago). It's a fresh
install of Lucid (I actually did another fresh install over the weekend,
and the bug is still present). It behaves the same way in my Windows 7
partition, but I haven't looked around Windows for an option to disable
touchpad while

In the Mouse preferences dialog, I've checked the box Disable
touchpad while typing. However, the touchpad is still enabled while
typing.
