I just ran into this upgrading from 14.04. My system is a btrfs raid across two LVM Volume Groups. Both volume groups need to be activated at boot, before the "btrfs device scan". The system used to do this. Putting a vgchange in a script in local-top fixes this. Thanks! -- You received
