I was also experiencing cpu overload for cgmanager (up to 99%) then I
disabled it in grub's default (with "cgroup_disable=cpu") but systemd-
logind started eating CPU (80%) instead.
I see nothing strange in the logs, but if I can be of any help by
providing any information please just ask me.

Same problem for me since a few weeks... I tried all the
cleanup/restart/reinstall instruction found in other bugs/problem reports with
no success so far.
I'm syncing fine from home (12.04) and android app browses files happily...
