I'm running Kernel 5.15.0-28.29 from jammy-proposed now and the
connection stability problems seem fixed for me, while one time on boot
the UBSAN message is still emmitted.

Commit e0b4c12c in the gem2deb repo fixes this and it should be included
into a new gem2deb version for xenial, as some gems started to use only
SHA256+ and thus fail to get packaged on
It's even 2.8 now in Debian/unstable

https://github.com/nodejs/node/commit/49921e8819d5c0db144f2c71fd2155390fe37370
to 4.2.6~dfsg-1ubuntu4.1 does fix the problem. As the patch is ARMv8
only, it should be safe for a xenial-updates release.

the best would be to update to the latest 4.x in xenial-updates, but I
get that this is a big leap. However, I think it'll be too much work to
find out, which commit in nodejs/v8 fixed that specific bug for
fixed in 4.5.x packages.
