description of updates. Message "Загрузка списка изменений..." (Russian
message, do not know how it looks in English) never disappears. See

Still an issue. Text on pages in Firefox and text in Qt applications
(for example, TortoiseHg, VirtualBox), Sublime Text not affected.

Sometimes the empty list is only shown, but if to agree with
installation, then something is installed. This time linux-kernel came
and the upgrades size was about 60 MB. Before this time the attempt to
install invisible updates did not lead to anything

Public bug reported:
Always when update-manager is show it window with proposed updates it
launch with collapsed "Technical Details" group. Even when I change
dconf key `apps.update-manager.show-details` to `true` (default will be
`false`) this group anyway appears collapsed.
