Public bug reported: I started with a fresh install of Xubuntu 14.04 with all updates applied as of June 26. That leaves me with xfce4-whiskermenu-plugin version 1.3.2-1 and menulibre version 2.0.3-1
To reproduce the bug: Open the whisker menu in the upper right hand corner. Click on the 'All Settings' button on the bottom edge of the menu Click on 'Menu Editor' Choose any catagory and click the '+' button in the upper left hand corner. Click 'Add Launcher' Give it any name or icon, it doesn't matter. Under 'Command' put a path to a file that does not exist. Click the 'Save Launcher' button in the upper left hand corner. Close the Menu Editor Reopen the Menu Editor. Notice that the new launcher is not listed on the left where it should be. Close the Menu Editor and All Settings windows. Open the Whisker Menu and navigate to the catagory that you chose at the begining or "All" Find the Launcher you created. It won't do anything but cause an error because the file does not exist. I don't know any way to delete these broken launchers without the menu editor.
