I am having the same symptoms after upgrading to 13.10. I am running on
a HP Envy 15 with the Synaptics touchpad driver.

Right click and 2-finger-scroll is not working for me on Oneiric. I couldn't
get synaptics-dkms_1.1.1_all.deb to install in 11.10 and I don't see the
package available on
http://ppa.launchpad.net/utouch-team/utouch/ubuntu oneiric main
Is this supposed to be working out of the box on Ubuntu
