I have the same symptoms, thought it was RAM problem. I was using
openSUSE 12.1 since release and this bug started to appear not so long
ago: 1-2 months or something like that.
Same as Daniel Yaren, I am using Realtek Semiconductor Wireless LAN
Controller.
