be xorg or maybe fglrx? Thought it does not work with open source driver
either. Maybe we should test with latest radonhd(version 1.30).
Or it just might the kernel too. You said you tested with debian 5. It
uses later kernel
I have this exact same issue with my amilo sa 3650. What's funny is that
this bug appears in 9.04, 8.10 and now with 9.10 too but resume from
suspend works with 8.04(Hardy).
Any ideas what 8.04 does that laters ones won't?

I'm sorry about this. This is false bug report. The crash happened
because I added in my ~/.rtorrent.rc file directory=$HOME/downloads
And rtorrent cannot handle variables in config file.
And newer version does not crash because this, it just complains that it
cannot find directory. So this is

I removed openoffice, so metapackage ubuntu-desktop was removed too.
After that apt-get autoremove suggest that gedit, gnome-games, gnome-
themes, tangerine-icon-theme and few other packages are auto-
removable... I think apt-get autoremove should not work like
I just noticed that if I reinstall those packages marked autoremovable,
then, after reinstall apt no longer marks them auto removable. I just
think that i should not mark those kind of packages at the first
place...

I agree.
I think it should be separate package and let users decide would they
like to install it or not. My personal opinion is that this patch would
make Ubuntu even more professional looking.

exist in version 2.10.3 of metacity too. I'm not even sure is this
metacity problem(?)
