Binary package hint: firefox
The new Save before exit feature is very useful: it allows to save a surf
session and restore it on next launch.
The problem comes when trying to connect to a wifi hotspot. These machines
always catches your webpage requests and replaces them
The hard drive is legitimately almost full, but glipper should not
crash when that happens.
I'm in this case, my home partition being almost full (100 Mo left).
I'll add that in spite of Apport reporting the crash, glipper seems to continue
working (copy-paste operations, even the applet).
I made more tests and it appears that I got confused somewhere... Now
all my machines are up-to-date and everything is ok. False alert, sorry.
For me the bug is to close. Thank you for your help.

I reproduced this behaviour with the nv driver.
Steps to reproduce this bug:
A1. Set brightness at low level (less than middle)
A2. Wait some time for your screen to dim (how long you'll wait depends on your
setting)
A3. Reactivate screen by moving the cursor
A4. Brightness level is now 50 %

I can now confirm the annoyance in Firefox Beta 5 on stable Hardy.
Test :
1. launch a new page with a search box like http://start.ubuntu.com/8.04/
2. start entering text in the search bar
3. focus is stolen and eventually part of your input lands in the webpage
search box
It's mostly a problem
I forgot to tell it but my laptop is also a Dell (Latitude D530) with a

I'd like Openoffice.org to propose all fonts installed in the system,

I'll check it with Hardy as soon as I can.
