Same problem here! My computer (Compaq evo n600) doesn't have a hard-disk, since i've replaced it with a compact flash card (thanks to a CF-IDE adapter). After serveral boots, I get the out of disk error. I'll try tonight to remove the line if [ -n ${have_grubenv} ]; then save_env recordfail;
