I suffer from the same symptoms, Xorg sometimes crashes a few seconds
after wakeing up from suspend to RAM.

Thinkpad T430s
Ubuntu 12.04 (64-bit) (new install, not upgraded)
linux-3.2.0-27
Unity 5.12-0ubuntu1.1
xserver-xorg 1:7.6+12ubuntu1
xserver-xorg-core 2:1.11.4-0ubuntu10.6

Is there anything I can do or any information I can collect? If so, how?
