I have this to too. Youtube-videos have unbearably low frame rates, but ok audio. With Vimeo both video and audio is choppy. Google videos seem fine. This is with flashplugin-installer 10.0.42.34ubuntu0.9.10.1 in Chromium (from daily PPA). I have an Asus Eee PC 901. Visual effects are enabled. --
