It seems to be related to the category of the shortcuts.
For example:
If I set (say) Super-D as a shortcut in one of the main categories (e.g.
Launchers Launch Terminal), then the Super key works.
But if set in the Custom Shortcuts, then the Super key will not work.

of tabs, quit Firefox and restarted; it came up with the standard blank

I confirm that I get this result with Natty 11.04. It also affects GIMP
and Inkscape.
I have seen threads about this problem with GIMP not only in
Ubuntuforums but also in Mint forums, but so far no solution.
Interestingly, Libre Office can open WMF files.

I am using Chromium (11.0.696.68 (84545) Ubuntu 10.04) under Netbook

that website. I'm not a highly technical person.

Workarounds are a partial success, in that I can now see myinbox
messages. BUT, after downloading messages I get a 'scanning for new
messages (100% complete)' message which never disappears, messages can't
be sent and hitting send/receive gives a box which never disappears...
