Hello Tim,
I have an nVidia 8600 GTS and it hasn't any power connector, so the
driver checking for it gets the error. I'm able to make it working
adding Option = "NoPowerConnectorCheck" on xorg.conf.
But the real bug is, IMHO, that without this option the 2d fallback
doesn't works and it doesn't
Tested again on April, 17 2011 and it's fixed.

like a race condition.

see it's a regression because bug #539515 claim to be fixed in Maverick.

because it's running:

Performing tests for nVidia driver (1), testcase gpr-001 (2) using
Autopilot it try to remove an icon from Unity bar with a drag out but it
fails, the icon come back on the bar.
Even trying manually the drag out doesn't work. Asked on #ubuntu-testi
Confirmed. Installing python-xlib it works.
