Same issue here when moving ~250.000 or more (mostly small) files from USB (ext3) to USB (NTFS). Speed gradually slows down to just a few kB/sec, memory use gradually goes up to multiple gigabytes. Nautilus uses 99% CPU (180% when doing two copy/move tasks) and does not release memory when the
