Yes, if I purge memcahced and then install it again, it reproduces the
bug but after first installation error if I run "sudo apt-get install
-f" and "sudo apt-get install --reinstall memcached", it reports not
error.

If I resume right after suspending, it resumes ok but when suspended for
more than hours, it resumes to a black screen, I can not do anything but
forcing shutdown and boot again. At this point, there is no point in
suspending, its rather just harassment. For the record I am us
