20.04 daily w/o propriety driver during install for now.

I decided to go upstream and replace 19.10 by 20.04. I also slected 3rd
party options to exclude the NVIDIA driver during install. I currently
have no issues but know now how to report a bug when it appears. I may
have a problem due to gdm "or" NVIDIA.

is stuck on trying to open a page in a browser which is not available
after dropping into a shell ctrl-alt-f2. Any plans to improve the tool?

- Clicking a File or Folder
- Choosing Rename either from Menu or by pressing F2 makes no difference
