Thanks for adding this bug. In this case it is the CAS server which instructs firefox not to store the password. This is common practice for security sensitive sites and CAS as a Single Sign On server does this. The idea behind it is that then your data is safe even when someone uses your PC.

Public bug reported: LibreOffice does some weird checking on email clients. by default it sends the mails to sensible-lomua which is added by the upstream. However this is not a script, but if this is added it is passed to a delivery script. It delegates actual delivery to a script :
