Hi,
Thanks for quick reply back under 10 years, I really appreciate it.
Unfortunately I don’t currently have Ubuntu 8.10 at hand and I’m unable
to verify this.
I don’t think this is a problem anymore for me and this ticket can be
closed.
Best regards,
Petri

Public bug reported:
I have installed Ubuntu 10.10 so that it has encrypted root filesystem
(LVM) with btrfs using alternate installation CD. It seems that btrfs is
eating up all the CPU power. Load average is constantly over 1.0. Is
this know problem with btrfs?
** Affects: btrfs-tools (Ubuntu)
I think this fits just fine to this definition:
* Bugs which do not fit under above categories, but (1) have an
obviously safe patch and (2) affect an application rather than critical
infrastructure packages (like X.org or the kernel).
** Changed in: mailman (Ubuntu)
Status: Fix Released
It seems that I can't use Nominate for release as this has been
previously declined for Hardy.
** Changed in: mailman (Ubuntu)
Status: Triaged = Fix Released

Actually I think whole translation is bad. For example finnish
translation of passwd doesn't document switches available to passwd at
all. Just discard this badly translated man page alltogether.

No, I didn't. So it seems to work just fine. So I guess this bug can
