python-mode.el is already part of XEmacs (xemacs21-basesupport package).
The package python-mode should not try to install its libraries for
XEmacs.

Perhaps it's the same bug as https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/318841, but
I'm not sure, it could also be new in Jaunty. dpkg always fails to
configure the m4 package, so packages that depend on it like bison, flex
or automake cannot be installed
