It seems last version of kde environment solves mainly the problem.
i saved the list of feeds
i deleted all data about akregator:
~/.config/akregatorrc
~/.local/akregator/
i launched akregator and restored feeds

I confirm the procedure to reproduce phenomenon.
The explanation is : if an article is older than the delay to keep the
article akregator set date to "no date". This "no date" is read at next
if i set to automaticaly connection
then
i reboot
then the wifi connection is activated and i can use it

creating a connection to a hidden wifi network works well.

after this connection does not appear in the list of the wifi networks in nm
plasmoid.
then you can't switch to it because you can't select it.
