This bug disables an SD card reader in this laptop but is otherwise
pretty harmless. I've just checked that a vanilla 2.6.25.3 kernel has
this bug fixed.

Binary package hint: php5-imap

Other php5 extensions provide such configuration files containing

I found that on Dapper (0.6.43.3ubuntu2), it's also valid on Feisty

/etc/cron.daily/apt may do apt-get autoclean periodically:

However due to incostistent variable naming in the script it is never

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: linux-source-2.6.20
I use lilo for booting, so I removed the grub package.
However, the postinst script for linux-image-2.6.20-14-generic attempts
to run /sbin/update-grub which is not present and fails. Therefore other
packages relying on linux-image-2.
Also valid here on an Asus M6R. After blacklisting sbs the system boots
fine, but I get a similar oops (however the system runs stable).

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: kde-style-polyester
"Polyester" style from Ubuntu's 7.04 Beta kde-style-
polyester-1.0-1ubuntu1 doesn't show up in KDE style selector in the
Control Center. However, if you overwrite the files:
/usr/lib/kde3/plugins/styles/polyester.so
/usr/lib/kde3/plug
Looks like the kernel *always* reports the lid as closed
(/proc/acpi/button/lid/LID/state). It also happens on an ASUS M6R with
vanilla kernels 2.6.16.28 and 2.6.18.1.
However, when closing or opening the lid, two different "button/lid LID"
events are reported by acpid.
