Public bug reported: First with Docker `docker-ce` package, but later I've got the same behaviour with Ubuntu `docker.io` package. I've restarted my laptop due to having some pending upgrades. After doing so, `docker-compose` hangs when starting it and after one minute it show a timeout error.
