Seeing the exact same problem as sergio on a Dell Studio 17 with two internal hard drives after the upgrade from 9.10 to Lucid. Vista, which lives on sda1, is misidentified as Windows Recovery Environment and the recovery partition isn't seen at all. Had me a little freaked out first time I saw it but Vista seemed to boot normally. Running update-grub doesn't fix the problem and grub.cfg says it's not to be edited so I'm not going to touch it.
