  Test Case:
  1- Prepare remote libvirt server with a VM that has VNC configured to listen 
on all interfaces (0.0.0.0)
  2- Using a Precise machine, attempt to connect using virt-manager, and open 
the VM's display
  3- This should not result in an error message saying that "0.0.0.0" cannot be 
reached

  Everything was working fine until today, no display devices (VNC, SPICE, SDL) 
work. Previously, VNC (the default) worked fine (30 hours ago).
