The indicator should not display events from calendars that are
unselected on evolution or calendar app.

Notifications uses the icon from the app that is related for, based on
the deskto file from the app. Calendar app still using the icon with
number. It should be fixed automatically when the app icon get updated.

About the alarm icon, I need to re-check but I think we do not have
notifications for missed alarms. Since we do not have a proper way to
handle that. If you are seeing a notification for missed alarms this is
a bug ;)

E_CAL_COMPONENT_ALARM_TRIGGER_RELATIVE_END,
E_CAL_COMPONENT_ALARM_TRIGGER_ABSOLUTE
Some events imported from google contains this kind of trigger.
