I have all appropriate codecs installed. When I put in a dvd the menu
comes up fine but when I click on play, on the dvd menu, it immediately
locks up. I don't think it's a hardware issue because everythin

interfaces it binds to, but not for *only* the dns resolver -- so
currently, if you want samba4 listening on the wildcard address you'll
need the dns resolv

You've got the basic idea. The nsswitch.conf file is where Name Service
services are configured, and "hosts" is one of them. DNS is *one* way
to look up hosts, but so is "files" (/etc/hosts) and "mdns4" (avahi).

occurs. Select Templates , then select Edit… Select Add… and add a path
which is not the home directory. The path added is /home/,

The download progress is very non-linear. I've had the downloaded amount
go from 1005MB to 988MB, back up to 1007MB then to 1004MB, and the total
changes too.
Those things are hard to show in a screenshot, but the attached shows
what should be an impossible situation.

I just want to add a comment that the reason for the problem itself is
that both the IPv4 and IPv6 stacks receive a pointer to the same DNS
server using both an IPv4 address and an IPv6 address.
Once I disabled IPv6 name servers in both radvd and isc-dhcp-server6
configurations and only used an IP
The AMD drivers are now working on my laptop, but the Nvidia drivers on
