Marcus, I think OS X way of handling the situation is better. There are
some reasons for that. I called some months ago to North-West
Telecom(one of the biggest internet providers in Saint Petersburg).
Customer support engineer said that they could remove the DNS zone only
for artificial persons.
Thanks, Seth. I have added myself to audio group, so sound works on
2.6.32-24. The problem could be related probably to update script or
update process.

It looks like my problem also concerned with last.fm plugin. Here is my story:
Rhythmbox just added own icon to indicator applet and then it crashed. I
uninstalled rhythmbox music store plugin and tried to run it again. There was
some advance because it crashed approximately after 5-10 seconds.
Rodrigo, here is the backtrace and another logs.

Same here. Judging by comment #12, duplicate icon isn't showed only when the

happens because of this line in user-dirs.dirs:

Thank you. It looks like my misunderstanding. I had installed scilab-
full-bin instead of simply scilab package. So, I installed the one and
the problem went away. Now it's working.
Sorry for the noise.
