try changing your dns severs it might help

Mine does the same after unsucsessfuly upgradeing i had to download the
iso. still adept thinks i only have 7.04 and wants to up grade even tho
i installed with the iso of 7.10 it wont download any thing, it wont
update it just wont connect to any mirrors
