I've upgraded to lucid (10.04) and tried running jockey to reinstall my
graphic driver.
Note: jockey worked perfectly before upgrading.

Emmanuel, the ricoh_mmc module is showing up as a loaded module in the
data you provided.
Are you sure it was properly disabled?

Confirming that blacklisting 'ricoh_mmc' has fixed the sleep/resume bug,
