OK, I found the problem, there were some leftovers in my /home/ directory from
the old gutsy install.
(I formatted and the root / partition and kept /home intact when I installed
hardy)
I simply removed these:

I have sony ericsson w810i - I've had and still have the same problem using
Gutsy 7.10
I think the problem is because of the mobile phone itself, it fills up its
battery along with transferring data.
Could that be the problem area?

Daeng, the fix is released in gutsy-proposed and feisty-proposed, as the bug
report ON TOP suggests.
The situation is resolved, I think that some people need to test it before it
is released under normal updates.

I had to remove the package in order to reinstall it.

Then go to the Updates tab - check security, updates and proposed
after that, do this in the terminal:
