I've done some more testing on this, and found the following:
- Minimising windows go blank as soon as the button is clicked. (I have
slightly slower animations, so I can easily see this - it's pretty
gruesome).
- Restoring windows seem to go blank when the video memory is low

window (regardless of being maximised) seems to be being caused by the

maximised windows. I'm running Unity 5.10.0 with NVIDIA 295.40 on a GTX
560 Ti.
