The package 'plymouth-theme-spinner' provides a BGRT theme, which shows
the UEFI vendor logo in the Plymouth boot splash. Because the theme file
/usr/share/plymouth/themes/bgrt/bgrt.plymouth contains
"ImageDir=/usr/share/plymouth/themes/spinner", it expects the animation
image
I was amazed that this bug is still there for 6+ years. On Kubuntu 17.10
I also got the broken text from kdesudo when lang is ko_KR, and I think
kdesudo is assuming current terminal charset is latin1:

After this version had been uploaded, the example ODT file could be
successfully exported as PDF. At least this bug could be closed, unless
there is other example.

When exporting an ODT file with Noto CJK family fonts as PDF,
LibreOffice writer crashes or generates incorrect glyphs in the
generated PDF file. Specifically, when there is an Ideographic
Description Character [1] inside the document, exporting the document as
PDF will crash
If I choose the right version, shutdown and reboot went normal on kernel
version 4.8.0-38-generic.

works fine there. However 4.8.0-34-generic Ubuntu kernel still has the
problem.

On Dell XPS 15 9550 BIOS 1.2.18+, shutdown/reboot job is delayed for
several seconds in Ubuntu kernel. After shutdown screen appears and all
shutdown sequence had been done, the power LED turns off; however the
front LED is flashing in orange for several seconds and the system
Kubuntu 16.04, same problem when I try to change nearly any setting. I
tried following things:
* Changing status of IPv4/IPv6 enabled (wired/wireless)
* Changing APN of integrated 3G modem
Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not.

1) There is *no* KDE 4.x related po files. As Harald Sitter said, I found the
files for language-pack-kde-$$(-base), there isn't *any* KDE 4.x related
components, like Dolphin, Plasma, etc.

Korean Translation is broken, too. I think currently Kubuntu only ships
only KDE *3* translations, not any KDE *4* translations. When I tried to
find KDE 4 translations, such as Plasma or Okular, there is *nothing*.
