[needs-packaging] MOOSE

MOOSE is a scientific application, designed to run large simulations
from Computational Neuroscience and Systems Biology. It has a command-
line interface, and also a Python interface via SWIG. It is designed to
run in parallel, while giving the user an illusion of a single-node
process.

Notes: Dependencies: MOOSE is written in C++ and depends on GSL (Gnu Scientific 
Library), Python and SWIG. The latest code snapshot can be accessed using an 
svn client. The subversion repository is at:
