Yes, they are in /usr/bin.
The problem is, some configure scripts (Avidemux, for instance) assume
that these binaries are located in the Qt directory (/usr/share/qt4/bin)
AND have -qt4 in their names, whereas this is not the case: there exist
/usr/bin/moc-qt4 (for instance)
It should be noted that Debian rejected these fonts, based on the
license (GPL + restrictions).
