Still getting error with -

Still having same problem on Dell Inspiron 14, 5000 series on Ubuntu 16.04
freshly installed.
Mostly happen when touching touch pad.

When I click Phatch icons in Application list, it do not come up. So I
try to run from terminal. When I run phatch command in terminal, I got

mim kbd layout for Myanmar is based on Unicode 4.0 standard. It is none usable
because Myanmar unicode standard is changed alot starting from unicode 5.0 .
I've created new layout with all basic featues needed for Myanmar script. My
new script is based on unicode 5.2
