It seems the bug is somewhere in the block layer. The segfault is caused
by the IDE DMA callback being called, but the embedded IDEState is NULL.
Lots of stuff has changed in the block layer since kvm-84 came out, so
this might prove tricky to narrow down.

node1 scp /some/path node2:/some/path. No connections are made *to* the
frontend.

Well, since we have ssh setup between the nodes already, qemu+ssh seems
like an obvious choice. I haven't had a chance to test it yet, but it
should just work. It's how I usually do live migration.
