that was in
"Power Manager" settings,
tab "Security"
may correspond to what exists in 20.04 in
"Screensaver" settings,
tab "Lock Screen", and renamed to
"Lock the screen after the screen saver

Today, after very poor past experience with snaps, I thought to give it
a go once again to use some third party software packaged as snap.
Alas, I see this bug is sadly still not fixed.
