Reinstalling the system from the same image (14.04.3 server) but taking
care of destroying the software RAID and creating it again ended up with
kernel 3.19 and all the needed firmware.

I cannot provide you with a log as this installation is on an HP server and
I cannot copy paste logs from iLO console, as I cannot access using the
network.
I tried to connect a usb stick to the server but I was unable to insert
usb-storage module as /lib/module/3.13. does not exist.
