Having a magnified version of this problem with Titanium Studio, and also with Super Meat Boy. Screenshot is attached. I'm inclined to believe that this is a problem with Unity and not with the respective applications, because this bug didn't appear in 12.04, and the packages for Titanium Studio

The fact that Comment #3 works most likely means that when the Unity plugin is loaded, it rewrites the settings/keybindings to some kind of (hardcoded?) default setting. Why should it be doing this? Shouldn't it respect the user's preferences and not rewrite the keybindings unless specifically
