I apologize for before. I thought it was fixed but its not fixed :(.
The fans didn't turn on for a while, but today the problem occurred
again :(

Guys, I erased the old Ubuntu (16.04) and installed Ubuntu 17.10. I am
currently setting up the environment, installing many things, and until
now there isnt any fan noise. I think they fixed the bug I will
report later again if the problem with the fan noise appears.
