ok, a final story about what i have done now.
While the problem was always present with the pci=noacpi option i
searched now for a other solutions..
By trying to boot with grub console and without the splash screen i saw,
that he comes to the initrd.img ... so i modified the options for the

I have to report, that i have no sound with my brand new installation
from [k]ubuntu. Also in kde I have no volume control, only a switch for
mute the front (output?!). On other distributions/kernels (before i used
