* a kickstart tree with the ubuntu 12.04.2 server amd64 files is available on
the KVM host (CentOS 6.3) (mounted via NFS)
* the kickstart file is available as a local file on the KVM host
* installation is done using virt-install
virt-install --connect qemu:///system --name
And fixed again in 3.8.0-22 :-)

Same here. Since 13.04, autohidden launcher sometimes does not appear,
no matter how much force is applied. After switching windows or
(un)maximizing a window, it usually works again.

it fixes a serious regression which makes LMMS freeze when using MIDI

issue is not there anymore since i upgraded to the latest beta (uefi) bios u1l
supplied by gigabyte. have been running stable now for a few days:
