I can confirm this bug in Ubuntu 9.10. I installed clean system and run
Banshee without any old configuration. Moreover I disabled almost all
plugins (I use only playback queue, file system queue, multimedia keys,
CD cover fetcher and bmp detection).
After a week of banshee has suddenly started t

Mentioned package is installed and file '/usr/lib/mono/gtk-
sharp-2.0/libglibsharpglue-2.so' exists. Moreover Tomby works fine and I
assume, that it use glib binding for mono.
