I installed kubuntu-desktop and removed ubuntu-desktop. The SDDM and KDE
combo doesn't freeze on suspend. I can install lightdm and see if the
problemm returns.

I tried suspend with the latest kernel (5.8) and the input freeze still
happened. Suspend works on the Windows 10 partition. I could boot up a
different distro's live usb or install a different desktop manager and
see if the problem is with the kernel or something higher up.

The zd1201 driver is used in many older wireless cards. I would really
like this driver to be in included in Ubuntu. This driver also causes a
kernel panic in Ubuntu 7.10. It would also be nice to not have this
happen. The driver is listed below.

I have the same type of cd burner and I have the same problem. A blank
cd appears as CD-ROM Disk. This is a problem with Ubuntu, not the
drive. I will be glad to help.
