With the same problem I found and tested your 18-patch series brcmsmac:
Tx rework and expanded debug/trace support on top of 3.6.5 and it
solves this problem for me. Awesome so far. This is using a
debian/wheezy system. I still see the common 'WARNING' at
brcms_c_wait_for_tx_completion.

Hi, this is a crash inside D-Bus but it may be that we somehow use dbus
wrong in Kupfer, or in the Gwibber plugin. Thanks for researching which
plugin might be causing this!

The linked commits have been merged for Linux 3.5 and should improve
dpkg on btrfs a bit (I did not test personally).
