I have upgrade the kernel yesterday. The new version 3.5.0-28 do not
shutdown or hibernate the computer. It is hanging in the shutdown screen
and die points under ubuntu are wandering.

First and second: The error is reproducible. Everytime I opend the software
center, the error appears. It means that no memory can be allocated. This may
not be possible. I have nearly 7 GB of memory. I use Ubuntu 12:04 (German) in
