the 6MB limit appears to be fixed in recent versions of yaboot, but now
there's a 16MB, and the ubuntu 12.04 powerpc64 kernels are larger than
this...

oh, it can be worked around by moving /opt/ltsp/*/boot/nbi.img-* to
somewhere else before upgrading kernels.
