usb-creator creates broken install usb sticks

same story with unetbootin.
Please move this bugreport to proper place.
also i found way to boot it:
when it tryes to detect cdrom or usb stick - remove stick and insert it into
another port.
all works with this dance =)

something, asks password for erasing flash and for installing boot code,
May be, symptoms are similar, but replace does not use to use, but
they refuse to work.

when eth1(ipw2200) is turned of by button nm-applet thinks, that wlan0 (pcmcia
atheros) is turned off to.
But when i connect with wpa_supplicant manually - card works.
(second card is a workarround for bug in wpa_supplicant and ipw2200)
